If a team needs one searchable archive of every call, with comments, keyword alerts and a CRM connection, Fireflies is built exactly for that and does it well. Our subtitles and transcripts are personal: they land on one machine and go nowhere else — which is the point, but it is not a team workspace.
Nobody joins the call, so no bot appears in the list. Recording other people still requires their consent — that part is on you, not on the software.
Yes: it can listen to what the computer plays as well as the microphone.
Yes — a transcript can be summarised, cleaned of filler words or rewritten in one click, with the original kept as a separate version.
